About Us

The Hungarian Society of Preventive and Lifestyle Medicine (HSPLM), founded in 2021, is a non-profit organization dedicated to the prevention and reduction of chronic diseases through evidence-based medicine and the improvement of doctor-patient relationships in Hungary. The society’s members are committed to promoting healthy lifestyles, fostering sustainable health, and increasing public health awareness. HSPLM is actively involved in international collaborations, is a member of the Lifestyle Medicine Global Alliance, and provides professional support to both healthcare professionals and the general public.
